Feedback System Using Sentiment Analysis

Today the feedback plays the most important part in determining whether an online item is of good quality or not. Based simply on feedback users decide whether they want to buy that item, request for more images, etc. A lot of nowadays companies hide their negative feedback or display just a small fraction of them, but of course, every positive feedback is there. The research will help the owners by automatically categorizing their feedback for them, which will provide them free time to do other things and save money if they wanted to hire someone to do the process for them.Since feedback has an enormous impact on online shops, the process of determining whether the feedback is positive or negative should be made quickly and easily manageable. This research will provide a very simple and fast way to classify feedback (positive, negative). This leaves out the speed process of this classification which will be the main goal.
