Factors Affecting Quality in Primary Schools of Addis Ababa City

The concern of quality of education has lead to global and national initiative. Two of the six Education for All (EFA) goals are to ensure that by 2015 all children have access to free and compulsory primary education of good quality and secondly, to improve all aspects of the quality of education, so that recognized learning outcomes are achieved. Besides, quality education will also enables people to read, write, reason, communicate and make informed and healthy choices. As the proverb goes, give a man a fish and he will eat for a day; teach him how to fish and he will eat for life. People who have received an education can not only fulfill their potential but also contribute to their local communities. Finally, the book is useful especially to graduate students, researchers in the field of education, policy makers, school leaders, and teachers at all level, academic institutions and any other concerned stakeholders.
