Factors Affecting Knowledge Sharing in Ethiopian Electric Utility

This work is focusing on identifying the Factors Affecting Knowledge Sharing in a Government institution, works on Purchasing, Distributing and Maintenance of Electric Utilities to the Public solely. Based on the research¿s findings, Knowledge Sharing Framework was proposed, and other valuable recommendation were forwarded. The book cuddles a comprehensive concept, related to Knowledge Management, particularly about Knowledge Sharing Factors and a layered analysis, results and interpretation of results that span from Univariate to Multivariate one. Therefore, I hope it will add up something extra for the people who want to work in the same area, and for the people who wants to know about the area as well.
