Exploring Team-Teaching Skills

In contemporary times, the whole human society is hooked on individualism. This trend is alienating the humans from each other. This is very acute in the field of academic education. Many researches have proved that humans perform best when they are in collaboration with their fellow beings. This book is a small endeavor to reclaim the age-old spirit when people always worked hand in hand with their comrades. Keeping this intention in mind, the authors have tried to study team-teaching, proven to be the most viable tool across universities. The Aksum University is one of the newest formed academic centers in the country of Ethiopia. The authors are confident with their personal experience and keen observation that this is the only way that the future students of our globalized world can be effectively educated.
