Development of a model to redesign a family of products through the user experience. This experience cannot be treated as linear since the world is imprecise, i.e. non-linear, so it is analyzed using fuzzy logic that reflects the flexibility and freedom of each user's experience. The implementation of fuzzy numbers in the project is the central mathematical axis where the user experience is developed and, therefore, will serve as its quantification.
