Expectancy and self-esteem

The self-esteem and drawing correct expectations by a teacher is essential both for his personal and professional development. Helping young professionals to raise the level of self-esteem and the authentic self-knowledge in order to trace proper expectations is quite important because they increase self-confidence, socialization level, proper appreciation of their own potential and the reassessment of personal and professional expectations.
