Existential Damage and Cancellation on the Internet

There is currently an exponential increase of internet users and social networks worldwide, every day millions of people make use of social networks to interact among themselves and to show their virtual personas, which are in constant construction, to the world. This overexposure on the Internet takes its toll, every day conflicts occur on social networks because of disagreements of all kinds. As a result of these conflicts, discussions are often heated, and sometimes result in more serious actions, such as verbal aggression, slander and in extreme cases, mobilizations organized in order to hit the victim as aggressively as possible, canceling him/her from social life and other activities that a person can perform. In order to try to curb and compensate the victims of damage to their existence as human beings, there is a legal device, already applied in some countries, that can help repair the unfair actions that cause damage to people's life project, the existential damage.
