Comparative Evaluation of the Marginal and Internal Fit of Unveneered CAD/CAM Milled Zirconia Copings, CAD/CAM Laser Sintered Metal Copings and Complete Cast Metal Copings - an in vitro study. Marginal fit and Internal adaptation are the most important criteria for long term success of Fixed Prosthodontic restorations. Numerous ¿State of the Art¿ systems as well as novel dental restorative materials have flooded the market. CAD/CAM technologies are developed as an alternative to the conventional casting method. The fact that marginal fit and internal adaptation are fundamental factors in the success of Fixed Prosthodontics that necessitates the comparative evaluation of the marginal fit and internal adaptation of these three systems thus enabling us to select the appropriate system as per the clinical demands of the case.
