Subarachnoid haemorrhage is a potentially life threatening condition even if detected early because mortality is high. Intracranial berry aneurysm is the most common cause. It is really important to find out an aneurysm early by appropriate investigations like CTA or MRA or Digital Subtraction Angiogram (DSA). Definitive treatment by minimal invasive intervention that is coiling or clipping by surgery largely depends on the information obtained by cerebral angiogram ( CTA/ MRA/ DSA). This book will try to highlight this information so that the readers especially medical personal can have an overview of the evaluation of subarachnoid haemorrhage and learn about the management.
