Ethnography and Urban Wandering

Homeless people are visible in the big cities of contemporary society and according to studies they appear early in the history of city formation processes and social stratification, both in Europe and in the American colony respectively, with less information on the actual features of homelessness. Self-exclusion and voluntary renunciation of society in modern times is more recent among the famous Clochards and Homeless in the West. It is a phenomenon that undoubtedly belongs to an expression of contemporary culture, and it is pertinent for its study to introduce definitions that it has in the anthropological discipline. It continues with the problem, the objectives and the social context, and then reviews the epistemological perspectives that seek to situate areas of interest in the theoretical context proposed by the research.
