Ethic and Social Responsibility of African Institutions

Ethics and social responsibility are major concerns in the global social, cultural, political and economical, Ethics has a lot to do with governance and democratic process thus calls for leaders to have values, morals & social responsibility. In Africa issue of social responsibility, have raised an increases concerns about the ethics, norms, value, virtues and conduct of business throughout the continent,This calls for in-depth study of ethics and social responsibility of our leaders and institutions. Africa is continent with many issues that reflect bad image on our Ethics and social responsibility more especially in our leadership and daily management and administration of public institutions. Most ethical issues are not considered. An example is the ethical, moral and legal behavior of public officials. Internal ethical issues evolve into ethical and social responsibility concerns between organizations or countries. This occurs either because of a shift in corporate and public attitudes towards certain practices or exposure to some practices which are not of our value, norms and culture.There is need for ethics and social responsibility, into our leadership and our society
