Estudio y Diseño de una Red de Transporte Público en L'Alcoia y Comtat

Este artículo hace una aproximación al problema del trasporte público interurbano en las comarcas de L¿Alcoìa y el Comtat. Se estudiaron las líneas regulares que prestan servicio actualmente, y se recabó información de las necesidades de los ciudadanos. Se ha concluido que el servicio prestado en la actualidad no tiene coordinación entre las diferentes rutas, y que los horarios no son los más adecuados para incentivar su uso. Se propone la reordenación de algunas líneas, la racionalización de horarios, para favorecer su uso, con transbordo de autobuses. This paper made an approximation to the problem of the intercity public transport in the northern of Alicante, specifically in L'Alcoia and El Comtat. The regular lines that are currently serving have been studied and information on the needs of citizens has been collected through surveys. It has been concluded that the service provided currently does not have any coordination between the different routes, and that the schedules are not the most appropriate to encourage their use. It has been proposed a reordering of some lines, and a rationalization of the schedules, to favor the use of public transport.
