Essays from the constitutional perspective

The present compendium of essays from the constitutional perspective, delimited in the jurisdiction of the Republic of Colombia, is a document born as a result of the constant reflections resulting from the exercise of litigation and university teaching; in whose academic practice, in the orientation of the courses of procedural law, social security, labor, of which I have been a professor in different universities in Colombia such as the University of Cauca, the Mariana Cano University Foundation and the Autonomous University of Popayán. In these propaedeutic spaces, the consolidation of some of the postulates that are proposed within the development of the essays has been achieved, realizing its necessity to materialize an effective justice with coverage for all the subjects of law. That is why all of them defend the prevalence of institutionality in the social rule of law, a fundamental legal issue for society to make a quality leap in the search for peaceful coexistence and the validity of a just order, for which an efficient administration of justice with human, scientific, ethical and legal deployment is necessary.
