Essay on medical practices in Gabon Rites, Beliefs, Ethnicities

We are putting our finger on a subject that is eternally topical, since medicine has always concerned humans, regardless of their social condition, religious beliefs or ethnic origin. The philosophical interest of this essay is to examine as much as possible the medical practices in force in Gabon as they used to prevail, by situating well in time the value of their expertise and the effectiveness that they give to see at the level of the experimental protocol which goes from the consultation to the treatment, not without taking into account a certain number of rites and beliefs which accompany them and found the identity of the patient and the carer, in the measure of the ethnicity. Consequently, what is sought beyond all medical practices is the preservation of the self through the quality of care given to others as care given first to oneself.
