The society at present is going through a lot of changes. The book was done with an attempt to understand the relationship between emotional intelligence and life skills such as self esteem, self efficacy and well being. It also included a study of how these factors affect the adjustment of college going students. Results revealed that EQ had non significant effect on gender. However Life Skills showed significant gender differences. Further a look into their adjustment levels showed no significant impact on few factors of adjustment and on others areas it appeared to be significant.
