Good personal hygiene is the first step to good health. Habits such as hand washing and tooth brushing will help keep bacteria, viruses and various diseases at bay. And to preserve the future of humanity, it has become essential to protect our environment, because firstly the environment is our source of food and drinking water, but it is also our source of air, oxygen. Our environment plays a considerable role on our well-being. When the impact of external pollution on our body is too important, the body gradually loses its ability to self-regulate. Reducing our exposure to waves, cleaning the air, and harmonizing the atmosphere of the spaces in which we spend most of our time is essential. We influence our environment by our state and it influences us according to its degree of coherence. Becoming aware of these interactions, of the quality of energy that surrounds us, learning to protect ourselves and to clean and harmonize our space, is what we call electromagnetic and energetic hygiene.
