ENVIRONMENT AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT Global and Country Levels

A plea expressed in rather alarming reflections and analyses against what the environment is becoming, a simple subject of debates and intellectual exchanges.Three levels of analysis in questioning the reasons for such evolutions in the context of such an imposing mobilization in the direction of the integration of the environment in development, throughout the World. Global level: How could the massive and costly mobilization, agreed by the international community, not be able to counter so many evolutions recognized today as being at the limit of controllability? Country level: How can the provisions conceived and collectively adopted at the international level not sufficiently penetrate the attitudes, policies and types of development at the country level? Analysis through the case of Morocco. About the articulations Agriculture Environment : To what extent can agricultural sciences be presented as fundamentally environmental sciences? A number of possible interactions between agriculture and the environment highlight both positive articulations and limitations to be considered.
