Environment and Health Funded by the Seventh Framework Programme

After the first three calls for proposals, over 70 multidisciplinary pan-European research projects dealing with environment and health issues have been funded by the European Commission¿s Research and Innovation Directorate-General in the Seventh Framework Programme of the European Union for Research, Technological Development and Demonstration Activities (2007-2013). All the projects are still ongoing. Volume 1 comprises the first three calls; a second volume is expected at the end of the Seventh Framework Programme. The projects presented address a multitude of scientific issues ranging from health impacts of climate change to environmental and health impacts of nanoparticles or chemicals.
