Enrichment of Vegetables with Trace Minerals

Variations in thedistribution of certain minerals in the environmentare known to have an effect on health.The aim of the present research was to enrich somevegetables through their roots with some selectedtrace minerals:- That may act as hypoglycemic agents in thetreatment of diabetes. May be helpful in dietary deficiency diseases. Would reduce serving size of vegetables andincrease dietary intake of these minerals.
