Enhancing Man Power Abilities

John Baptist Kamushaga is a PhD fellow in education management studies at Mbarara University of Science and Technology. He holds a Masters of Arts in Educational policy and planning of Makerere University and specializes in Educational policy, planning and management. He has interacted with seasoned academicians and has Coordinated graduates at MUST where he has served to design a teaching program for undergraduates in Education Perspectives on Work. This is a basic teaching program for all those interested to acquire more knowledge and skills in manpower planning and management. He has acquired applied skills in teaching, training and counseling of students to prepare become effective and efficient manpower. This has been reinforced by his earlier home background experiences. The writer has 25 years of teaching. During his career, emphasis has also been put on helping to turn Hi-tech abilities to education advantage. By employing humanistic values, creative and innovative programs in the teaching-learning process for universities, we can achieve a better human resource development base in a cost- conscious manner.The book enhances humanistic, creative and innovative values.
