The intent of this book is to provide insights into the enormous benefits of leaf endophytes, the products they make, and how some of these organisms assure to show potential use in agriculture that draws much attention as a sustainable alternative to synthetic fungicides and resistance related issues. Efforts are made in order to reduce inputs of fungicides and add value to ecofriendly agriculture, development of region specific formulations of potential leaf endophytes that can easily adapt the particular agro climatic conditions. In view of the above, a strategy has also been chalked out in this book in order to ensure biological suppression and disease management of mango anthracnose by novel leaf endophytes.
