Life is filled with a continual, tumultuous background noise that could prevent us from experiencing inner serenity. Being completely human is a process that requires ongoing awareness of our identities and the forces that drive our experiential selves. Along this process, the conversion of ongoing suffering into a gift depends entirely on our own free will and autonomy. As a result, we are unable to adhere to the previously anticipated patterns. One facet of self-actualization can be seen in the acceptance of our feelings of inferiority and insecurity in the face of difficulty. In order to achieve human growth and adjustment, it is important to take uniqueness and partnership into account when maintaining human dignity.
