The present work offers a set of autonomous texts, but united in the same theme, on issues related to labor relations in the digital age. The compiled publication of these studies aims to provide readers with a broad approach to the topic. Indeed, there is a growing interest around issues related to the employment contract in the digital age, namely regarding work in digital platforms, telecommuting, algorithms, disconnection of workers, etc..For this reason, we decided to give visibility to the scientific work done in the context of the Master in Law for Solicitors of the Escola Superior de Tecnologia e Gestão do Politécnico do Porto.We sincerely hope that it will be useful to those who are interested in these themes.
