Employee resistance to change and social business

During the first three years of my study I followed a lot of courses about international business. I always found change management and the psychology behind it one of the most interesting subjects. This is the main reason why I chose to write my book about change management. I was writing this book as an intern at a global PR agency. They can use the results of this research report to give advice about change management and the reduction of resistance to change. During my stay at this PR agency I have heard a lot about the word ¿¿social business¿¿ and how this is still an unknown area for a lot of companies and people. Social business in a nutshell: the collaboration between employees internally throughout the entire company via a collaboration tool. This book will focus on employee resistance from operations, middle management and top management when changing to a social business platform. This document will also look at the most effective ways to reduce this resistance.
