The present study seeks to recognize the need to open spaces for reflection in couples during their fertilization treatment and arises from the Art Therapy sessions offered to patients at the Human Reproduction Clinic of the University of Valparaiso, as part of the emotional care program for patients. It was analyzed through the qualitative paradigm how a couple undergoing highly complex fertility treatment faces and recognizes their emotions through their creative processes, the contact with the materials and their own reading of the works during 5 sessions of Art Therapy.
