Emergence of the new in thinking, history, evolution

We use categories «movement», «development», but if we think more about it, these concepts do not explain the mechanism of the new. There are questions ¿ where from, what are the sources of the material of formation of the new? We can say that it is transformation of the old, but this explanation is insufficient, because it is unclear where and how the formed «gap» is filled by that what we call the new information. Georg Hegel put forward a brilliant formula, which has a lot of ontological and methodological sense: «The essence of being and nothingness is their mutual transition, disappearance in each other or becoming...». But it's still unclear what happens in this case. The book will be interesting for researchers and for all who are interested in this issue.
