The experiment collects the results of research on biodiversity in plantations of Coffee arabica (Lin), var caturra red in environmental conditions in the area of Guisa province Granma with the aim of determining elements of biodiversity and establish functional biological relationships of the ecosystem studied. It was observed that there is a great floristic diversity in the coffee plantation represented by 18 botanical families as well as a great diversity of insects in the experimental site was also high represented by 8 orders and 29 families.Key words: Coffee arabica (Lin), environmental conditions, biological relationships, botanical families, floristic diversity.
