This book presents the recent studies in the Conservation and Restoration of Antiquities through some published researches of Egyptian Conservators 2013 scientific group in international journals and conferences, the included researches present studies in the 3 D documentation of Antiquities, conservation and restoration of Egyptian Alabaster objects, the effect of geological nature of the stones on the deterioration of mural paintings with an application on Baharia oasis in Egypt, the effect of ground water on the deterioration of archaeological buildings (Azbak El Youssefi Madrasa in Egypt) as an example, the identification of the groundwater's type in Atfiyah's Sarabium archaeological site in Egypt and its biological effect.
