Efficiency of ATMs in Tanzania

This book investigates customer¿s satisfaction based on efficiency and availability of ATMs in Tanzania based on a case study of banks viz CRDB, NBC, NMB, and EXIM in Mtwara Tanzania. The book provides a baseline tool for decision-making, formulating policies and guideline on efficiency of ATMs, and therefore vital to management of banks for their improved customer services. Findings in this book are useful to stakeholders of financial institutions field in establishing different strategies that overcome problems of ATMs; and setting the benchmark for future researchers and policymakers in the field of business and banking in East African Countries.
