There is an increase in consumption of convenience style food.This rapid change occurred with the global development.The fast food is one of that.The basic aim of doing this survey is to present the habits of students,why they prefer fast food over traditional food,the nutritive value and the effects on the human health.The more consumption of fast food may leads to the health problems like obesity,liver problem,heart attack etc.The excess salt is present in the fast food.So the excessive consumption of salt may leads to the high blood pressure and decreases the calcium absorption in body.The food with high salt is the major issue now days.The factors which are responsible for the popularity of the fast food are such as taste,time,changing lifestyles,the major one is advertisements.With the rapid development in the world, the way of eating has also changed rapidly.
