Effectiveness of Organizational Communication on Employee Productivity

This Book throws light upon the effectiveness of organizational communication on employee productivity. The study has been limited to few branches of a bank in Alappuzha district of kerala/India.Thus, the study mainly focus on organizational communication system of bank and their employee productivity. Chapter one describes the problem environment, research problem, objectives, research methodology and significance of the study. Chapter two gives an empirical review of organizational communication, employee productivity and theoretical background. Chapter three includes industry profile, company profile, and product profile of Federal Bank Ltd. Chapter four analyses the effectiveness of organizational communication on employee productivity at Federal Bank Ltd. with the help of chi-square test, Garrett ranking, Likert¿s scale, tables and charts. Finally, Chapter five describes the summary of findings, suggestions and conclusion.
