Effectiveness of implementation

An investigation was carried out in the Santa Maria del Rosario Spa in the period of 1 year, with the objective of describing the effectiveness of the treatment with peloids and mother water in the mycosis of the nails, taking into account the time of evolution, using the indicators of relief and the improvement of signs and symptoms of the disease, as well as the variable age and sex of the patients, we designed a descriptive study of retrospective type; we worked with a group of 35 patients, each one of them obtained treatment of peloids and mother water. We concluded that more than half of the patients who had treatment with peloids and mother water improved in a period of less than 30 days, the best results were obtained in the age group from 40 to 59 years, the evolution was similar in both sexes and the group that predominated was the female sex.
