One of the most basic cells of the immune system in multiple sclerosis patients, th17 cells are involved in many other autoimmune diseases, is effective. miRNAs recently used in the treatment of many diseases. miRNAs, non-coding RNAs with a length of 22-25 nucleotides batch of the regulatory role in various cellular processes. In this study, the use of non-coding miRNAs in Th17 cells in patients with multiple sclerosis to evaluate the performance of these cells was conducted.In this book the basic research on gene order in the induction of 30 multiple sclerosis patients have genetic assessed.We hope that with better management and control of these genes can manage multiple sclerosis and in the future we explore gene therapy of this disease.The study was conducted for the first time in the world.
