EFFECTIVE USE OF INVESTMENT AUTHORITY IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF SMALL

As a result of economic reforms in our country, a number of positive results were achieved in the field of transition from an economy based on administrative command to a socially oriented market economy. In world practice, it is becoming important to introduce mechanisms for attracting foreign investments and placing them in promising and high-tech sectors of the economy, developing the practice o financing investment projects at the national and regional level, increasing the attractiveness of the investment environment, and ensuring the mutual compatibility of investment attraction activities. On the effective attraction of investment projects, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.M. Mirziyoyev said, "If we can carefully formulate investment projects for foreign investors who want to invest in our economy, we can achieve a positive result in this matter." In fact, the President emphasized that the most important task of the government should be the unconditional implementation of projects involving foreign direct investments, providing all-round assistance to foreign investors.
