Effect of Mobilization and Resistance training on patients with OA

Worldwide Osteoarthritis is the most frequently occuring joint disorder and causes more ailments and disability in older population than any other disease. OA symptoms like pain, loss of strength , affected functional performance etc can effectively be managed , although the underlying process cant be reversed.in this book we are trying to determine an exercise regimen that can effectively improve degenerative OA patients muscle strength, pain and functional performance and also is also trying to test the effect of Mobilization and Resistance training combination in knee OA patients to get better results in patients and helping the patients in staying active by improving pain and joint function which helps in improving the muscle strength and functional performance.
