Spinach (Beta vulgaris L.) is one of the major leafy vegetable grown and consume in India. In India, spinach commonly known as palak and it is popular due to its high nutritive value. It also acts as mild lacerative besides other medicinal value, it supply most of the nutrients in which other foods are deficient. Panchagavya, an organic product has potential to play the role in promoting growth and providing immunity in plant system.
