EFFECT OF FERTILIZER, BIOCOMPOST AND BIOFERTILIZER ON FODDER SORGHUM

The field experiment on the ¿Effect of fertilizer levels,biocompost and biofertilizer on yield of rabi fodder sorghum (Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench) and soil properties¿ was carried out during rabi season at college farm of Navsari Agricultural University, Navsari with following objectives (1) To study the effect of fertilizer levels, biocompost and biofertilizer on growth, yield and quality of rabi fodder sorghum (2) To determine the response of fertilizer levels, biocompost and biofertilizer on content and uptake of nutrients by rabi fodder sorghum (3) To examine the effect of fertilizer levels, biocompost and biofertilizer on physico-chemical properties of soil (4) To find out the economics of the different treatments.
