It is primarily intended to serve as a reference book for B.Ed., M.Ed., M.A(Education), and M.Phi students as well as for professionals and researchers working in the field of guidance and counseling. It is hoped that the book will provide meaningful insight to all those interested in guidance and counseling. This book is, in fact, a sharing of my experience of teaching and professional field experience. The subject matter has been discussed with various experts and imminent teacher for perspective.
