Educational and Cultural Status of Malo community

It is obvious that all the civilizations that took place in the whole universe most of them happened to be on the banks of some rivers, lake, ocean or any water bodies. The Malo community is one of the primary fishermen community mostly reside outside of different water body. They are mainly found in two countries like India and Bangladesh. We can find the life and livelihood of Malo community of different areas or geographical locations in this book for the sake of research. Generally we cannot find such detailed picturesque descriptions of Malo community in any recent research, however, there¿s one book called ¿Malo Jatir Sanskriti¿ by Sri Tapan Kumar Biswas and Sri Nani Gopal Malo. Apart from this, there are a few works specially story of Novel related with the Malo community. For example we can site ¿Titas ekti nodir nam¿ by Adwaitya Malla Barman. In ¿Padma nodir majhi¿ by Manik Bandyopaddhaya there¿s a lot of fishermen¿s life not specifically of Malo community though. Samaresh Ganguly of course told us the story of the struggle of Malos in his ¿Gangä.
