Economic valuation of Sundarbans mangrove ecosystems-Bangladesh

Md. Shams Uddin works as Landscape Planning Manager at Climate-Resilient Ecosystems and Livelihoods (Project, implemented by Winrock International, Bangladesh. Mr. Uddin has almost 16 years experiences in the field of natural resource management, forests, wetlands, water, climate change,ecosystems management and environment. He did M.Sc.in Environmental Science, specialization in environmental planning and management from the UNESCO-IHE, Netherlands. He has been working in different national and international NGOs as well as Government agency (Bangladesh Water Development Board,BWDB)since 1997. Mr. Uddin participated in different national and international workshops and conference. The book will cover Economic valuation of provisioning and cultural services of a protected mangrove ecosystem in Bangladesh.
