Economic Model of Labour Force Formation

Analyzing the presented statistics, it is necessary to highlight the existing positive dynamics of changes in the indexes of energy prices (particularly oil prices) and increase in the share of these resources in the overall GDP growth with the concomitant decrease in the share of other factors, which has a strategic impact on the development of the economy and affects the change in the public structure. Graphical interpretation of the Russian economy in the period from 1999 to 2014-15 allows to draw a conclusion about the conjugate phenomena of the rise in oil prices, the increase in the share of the services sector and the decrease in the share of students of higher professional education institutions. At the same time, there was a decline in the physical volume of GDP during that period, which was due to the fact that the estimation of GDP of its particular cost component was much more significant than that of the physical volume.
