It will not be enough for a businessman to apply ipso facto the principles of business, he will also have to meet certain obligations and certain terms of ethics or business ethics that are incumbent on him. These include: fairness in competition, quality of products to be marketed, compliance with laws relating to business, administrative formalities, compliance with contractual clauses, marketing rules and others.
