The book discusses provision and presentation of an Ecclesiastical legal system instrument that advocate for various constitutional positions of Christians in every nation of the globe cannot be overemphasized, hence the legal Jurisprudence of operation of the church in every society of the world.We are of the opinion that there should be an equal balance in the scheme of policy strategy implementation in Africa and Nigeria, in order to maintain religious harmony, peaceful coexistence and tolerance of one another. The book aims is to remind the jurists and world leaders of the need of Ecclesiastical Jurisprudence in the world's legal system.Therefore, the advocacy for Ecclesiastical Legal System development establishing the Christian courts of Justice, and the Ministry of Christian Religious Affairs in the Government of States in Africa and Nigeria is a better instrument and a move to maintain equality, and avoid Religious crisis, riot, and killing of Christians.
