In today¿s Internet Age, information is generated in print as well as electronic forms. Hence these resources are also part of modern library collection. The electronic resources empower and enrich the academic system. UGC is providing grant for computerization of libraries. Maximum numbers of libraries are providing the internet facility and various types of e-resources to its users. The present study throws light on different aspects of e- resources and the issues relating to the awareness and use of e-resources by the commerce faculty members of commerce colleges of Western Mumbai.
