E-Government in Bangladesh: Problems and Solutions of Implementation

E-government is the only way to finish the work at home by the citizen of a country without using any paper. The current government of Bangladesh has declared its vision 2021 on their election manifesto in 2008 to build ¿Digital Bangladesh.¿ After winning the general election of 2008, Government working for implementing e-government in Bangladesh. Sajeeb Wazed Joy, ICT Adviser to the Prime Minister,(2014) stated that to materialize the government¿s vision, all the government services would be digitized by 2021 and the service receivers would be able to finish their official works from their houses. But implementing is not easy for Bangladesh because of many challenges of implementation of E-government in Bangladesh.
