Dynamics of the training process in Medical Informatics

The shortcomings in the training process of medical informatics, to encourage the appropriation of the informatics culture in the training of doctors, were addressed through the dynamics of this process, which takes place at the University of Medical Sciences of Granma. The objective that guided the research was the elaboration of a model of the dynamics of this process, which constitutes a theoretical-didactic and practical alternative to reduce the insufficiencies presented by the graduates of the medical career in the informational processing in relation to its reconstruction in the training process.The model contains the cultural dimension of medical informatics and infotechnological management, from whose dialectic relationship emerges the systematization of informatization in Health with the intention of forming the medical informatics culture in medical students.
