DURKHEIM'S IDEAS AND THEIR RELEVANCE TODAY

The work is based on Durkheim's view of the social and the institutional - Law - based on the notion of the Closed System and its irritability and modification. This analysis, based on Durkheim's broad vision and his basic authors, has direct repercussions and explains how this is reflected in legal and constitutional interpretation. In particular with the very principles for constitutional interpretation and how it modifies the very concept of Law. What is unusual is the connection between how these notions cohere with the very natural laws that are the subject of Physics, in particular Thermodynamics and Newton's Laws. They are parameters for examining the correctness and safety of interpretations and the system.
