Dual concentration in karate and its possible use in sport diagnostics

To optimize the maximum performance in sport, we are looking for the most optimal model of training process. Understanding dual concentration acts here as one of the alternatives. The work focuses on the possibility to streamline the training process by specific focus on dual concentrations and the use of acquired knowledge in the given area. The aim was to analyze and evaluate possible range of changes by this concentration in selected psychological parameters and then verify that by the physiological and biochemical change. Data were gathered through questionnaires, interviews and personality tests, subjective statements were followed by physiological and biochemical examinations with comparison of changes of these parameters. The results point to the fact that such a dual concentration exists, and it is possible to recognize its condition. Concentration in the state of relaxation is more suitable for exerciser, and compared with concentration in suspense, it has benefits such as less fatigue, less stressful conditions and higher adaptation stimulus. The psychological component has been shown to be an important factor to influence athletic performance in that focus.
