Don't You Dare Touch the Amazon

This is a work idealized by a Colonel of the Avaí Class of 1956, who lived in the country and worked for several years in the Amazon Military Command (CMA), the largest territorial military command in the world, headquartered in Manaus-AM, until the CMN was recently installed in Belém-PA, in the area of that CMA. His idea with this book is to disseminate cultural and social information about the region and try to contribute so that people can see the Amazon forest and jungle as they really are. In addition, given his vast experience in this area, the author has conducted research on the protection systems and innovations that the Armed Forces have brought to safeguard this precious asset, which is also quite unknown to the Brazilian family. For this reason, the author allies himself with the co-author, a lawyer who has recently graduated first in his class in Brasília-DF, who knows the legal side of this asset as well as he does, and adds his experience so that the book does not remain impalpable and intangible to the average Brazilian.
