Beschreibung

In this current research, we focus on the synthesis of Ni, Co and Cu complexed hydrazones related to 2-acetylpyridine acetoylhydrazone (APAH), 2-acetylpyridine benzoylhydrazone (APBH), 2-benzoylpyridine acetoylhydrazone (BPAH), 2-benzoylpyridine benzoylhydrazone (BPBH) due to their biological activities. In order to study their anti- cancer activities, the hydrazones were substituted by different heterocyclic groups and their molecular docking was also tested using AutoDock 4.2.2 software. Its Infra-Red, proton, carbon-13 nuclear magnetic resonance and mass spectral data identified the structures of all manufactured compounds. The few hydrazones against tested complexes were tested for anti-cancer and their molecular docking simulations were also studied. To some degree, the result was lined up by the change in its structures, with few of the complexes exhibiting improved functions than the reference drug used. Silico molecular docking simulations have been achieved to position 2-acetylpyridine acetoylhydrazone (APAH), 2-acetylpyridine benzoylhydrazone (APBH), 2-benzoylpyridine acetoylhydrazone (BPAH), 2-benzoyl pyridine benzoylhydrazone (BPBH) molecules.
